TRUST ME!!!

You could win this adorable image and six more to boot!  This week's Anything Goes Challenge at  Jackson's Digital Expressions is being sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps and some luck entry will win 7 Bugaboo Digital Images.

You will also have a chance to win Free Robert Jackson Digis.  There are nine up for grabs!  Maybe more.  And we are giving away a Sizzix Big Shot!

I bet this is how I look to my patients.   Usually, as soon as they enter the lobby, they will shout at the top of their lungs "NO SHOTS!"  These kids really crack me up!!

Hope to see you at Jackson's Digital Expressions!

You're Stronger Than You Think!

Sometimes life hands us lemons and we make lemonade!  Sometimes, life grabs us by the hair, body slams us to the ground, drags us across the floor and pitches us full force into the wall!!  When its all over, we get up, dust ourselves off and say "Man,  I sure could use a glass of lemonade!"

G-d made us tough!   So, no matter what you face today, tomorrow or even if you are licking your wounds from yesterday!  Just remember:  We are all stronger than we think and tougher than we know, and braver than we believe!

This is my second card for the "Smoochie" challenge at Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog!  I love the Smoochies and would probably use them for every challenge if I could!  I would love to see your work in our challenge!

Love Can Count!! -Jackson's Digital Expressions

Hi, This week at Jackson's Digital Expressions, the challenge is being hosted by our Inks and Such Team! I love the IAS challenges because they are all about coloring. No themes, Just Anything You want To Color with Any Medium! And of course, because we are always Anything Goes, those who don't want to color or stamp, can still join in the fun. The best of all worlds. We just love creating and looking at the creations of other designers from the novice to the pro!

I fall into the novice category and I probably need to challenge myself more, however, with everything else I have going on right now, I feel a great sense of accomplishment in just meeting all my challenge deadlines and making all my comments. I have three notebooks full of "new things I am going to try" and I own pretty much every toy on the market. I have a Cameo still in the box and two other manual die cutting machines that have never been touched. I do think some of these will have to to wait for my retirement, or for me to finish at least one of the five online classes I recently purchased! I really love my hobby! It allows me to break all the rules that would destroy my OCD soul in any other arena of my life...blessed freedom from myself! :D)

This is a very simple card! I love the sentiment and since the clock marks our age in seconds, I thought the two went together very well! Love can't count and children, of course, always seem to be able to strike at the truth of any matter. Age causes us to lose a lot of things, but it should never cause us to lose the love of those who care about us! The clock image is from The Cutting Cafe which is sponsoring this weeks challenge. They have some great cutting files so get your project entered for a chance to win! Thanks for stopping by! Hope to see you in the Challenge!

A is for Apple! Outlawz Back To School Challenge!

IMAGE BY ROBERT JACKSON - LIL BACK TO SCHOOL
Super fun challenge at The Outlawz Greeting this week!  We are making Back To School Cards.  I get such a kick seeing all the little munchkins heading off for the first day of school.  My eldest grandson is in the 2nd grade this year and it is funny to hear him talk about the "little" kids at school.  This year he moved to the BIG SCHOOL building and has his OWN LOCKER (not some dumb cubby!)  So He's a BIG KID!  So cute!

Our sponsor this month is Just Some Lines!  Check out the challenge.  I would love to see your work there!  Thanks for stopping by!]

IT"S IN THERE! Stamp-N-Doodle Recipe Challenge

IMAGE BY LYNNE CROSSKILL - STAMP-N-DOODLE
This is a very late post, it was supposed to be up Wednesday, but I was having major issues with my e-mail address, after it was hacked.  And, as if having someone send nasty viruses out under your name wasn't enough, my entire week at work was spent trying to track down other people's errors.  It was just the pits.  Okay, I done with my cyber venting.

This week at Stamp-N-Doodle, I am the Featured DT and my challenge for my teammates was a recipe card.  The ingredients are: 2 design papers, 1 die cute, 1 flower and Lace or Ribbon.

Well, I guess I need to catch up on my projects.  I have not done a thing all week!

Girl Talk!

Continuing our tradition of celebrating odd holidays, The Outlawz Greetings Challenge Team has a  new "different" challenge this week.  In honor of all "Lefties", we are creating a left hand card using the Tic Tac Toe grid shown below.  Your card must open from the Left Hand Side.  Of course this was easy for me because I am Jewish and all my religious literature opens from the left.   I would love to see your creations over at The Outlawz!
I chose the diagonals: Green, choice, yellow.  My choice color was white..
Here's a shot of my left-hand opening  Thanks for stopping by!

I MISS SHOE!!

Over at the Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog, our challenge this week is CAS with the twist "Use No Primary Colors."  Now, since I am such an excellent reader and follow directions so well, it comes as no surprise that I somehow missed all that and only saw the part about using Smoochies Images.  I'm not that far off the mark, right?

Wheel Man - Stamp-N-Doodle

Our challenge this week at Stamp-N-Doodle is "Use Buttons".  I thought this young man was perfect for the paper I wanted to use.  He is having a hard time trying to decide which car!  Oh well, he's still young; he has time.

Stop by and join in our challenge here!

Poodle

"POODLE" IMAGE BY ROBERT JACKSON
Just a quick post before I run off to work.  This week at Jackson's Digital Expressions, The Anything Goes Challenge is being hosted by The CAS Challenge Team.  They have the optional twist of " Add a brad or eyelet."  I thought this poodle, which is one our the August release images, was just perfect for a doggie Cameo (sorta)!

This card is entered at Tammy's Scrapin' Corner

Our Sponsor this week is My Heart Pieces and I used "Precious Feelings."  I started with a very CAS Design, but felt that the image needed more dressing up.  Hope Priyanka likes it!
